Re: TDIH... We need an Official Release!!!! |
I agree somewhat mmmmmmmmmmmm-scotchy-scotch-scotch_glass.
Unacceptable? yes. lil' off? yes.
Official release? no
Let Charlie work his work, and put it up here for free
streaming. The more official releases, the less that is
here for streaming. I get sonically upgraded shows that
are made for sale where needed. I think I speak for most
here that cant fork over the $ as much as they would want.
I also understand the GD corp. (little bit)
They need to get paid, yes. And
the people who can afford every single freakin
official release or pay for a box set that is as much as
my monthly rent? (you know who you are, and thx)
More power to ya!! We are all just trying to keep the dream alive is all, arent we?
Is it a grate show? Fuck yes... what there is of it.
Upgrade it until it needs to be sold, Yes?
Its kind hard to find any 'perfect' 1970s I think anyway.
My 2 cents :)
So mr. glass, you make it out to Balmer yet? and if so,
how is it to you?

"I had 1 tape from 5/8/70 given to me by a Steve Kimock fan who happened to be the taper for 5/8/70. He was sitting on the side of the stage with his deck... He taped over one of the tapes with the Live Dead album. So the one tape I circulated was all that the taper had left. He also lost some of the tapes which is why there is only one, but the one that is left is the one we want.
btw, it needs to be re-transferred and pitch corrected, both of which I am going to do."
